Berry Beet Smoothie Bowl

A thick, spoonable beet smoothie topped with berries and granola for contrasting texture.

Ingredients

  • •1/4 cup Pomona Organic Beet Juice
  • •1 medium frozen banana, sliced
  • •3/4 cup frozen mixed berries
  • •1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • •2 tablespoons granola
  • •1/4 cup fresh berries
  • •1 teaspoon shredded coconut

Instructions

    Blend beet juice, banana, frozen berries, and yogurt, stopping to scrape down the blender. Add juice 1 tablespoon at a time only if needed.

    Spoon into a bowl and top with granola, fresh berries, and coconut. Serve immediately.

Recipe tip: A food processor can handle this thick mixture more easily than some standard blenders.
